3 cups flour (may need a bit more)
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add melted honey and oil, and mix well.
Combine the sifted flour with the spice mix, then add to the wet mixture. Knead to form a medium-soft dough, adding more flour if necessary.
Shape the dough using cookie cutters and place on parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 7-8 minutes, ensuring they don't brown.
Let cool slightly before removing from the tray. Fully cool before decorating with colored coconut flakes, pearls, and almond flour.
