Ingredients
  • fresh milk - 200 ml
  • water - 100 ml
  • yeast - 1/2 cube
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1 kg
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 75 g
Preparation
  1. Heat the milk and water, dividing the mixture into 2 parts. In the first part, dissolve the yeast with sugar and a little flour while stirring constantly.
  2. In the second part, add salt, 3 eggs, and 1 egg white (keep the yolk for brushing), yogurt, oil, and vinegar.
  3. Once the yeast rises, mix both mixtures, add flour, and knead a soft dough. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. From the dough, take a ball and place it in the center of a greased baking pan. Divide the rest into three parts, roll out three round sheets, brushing each with melted butter and stacking them.
  5. Cut into triangles (at least 8) and roll each from the base to the tip. Arrange around the ball in the center of the pan and let rise again.
  6. Brush with the yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Brush the finished bread with honey and sprinkle with sugar.
