Ingredients
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 bottle tomato juice
  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • a handful of vermicelli
  • 1 yolk
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Add oil and grate the carrots, chop the onion and pepper finely. Sauté until they release color.
  2. Add the meat and tomato juice. Pour in water and let it simmer until the meat is nearly cooked.
  3. Remove the meat and add the potatoes to boil.
  4. Chop the meat and return it to the pot. Finally, add the vermicelli.
  5. Once the vermicelli is cooked, remove from heat and prepare the egg mixture.
  6. Pour some soup into the egg and yogurt to equalize the temperature, then gradually return it to the pot.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
