Ingredients

1 cube of fresh yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp salt

1 cup oil

2 cups warm fresh milk

about 1 kg flour

Filling: 250 g cheese

3 eggs

sesame seeds

poppy seeds
Preparation
Mix the yeast with sugar, 2-3 tbsp flour, and a little warm water to make a thick paste and let it activate for 10-15 minutes.
Once ready, add the eggs, oil, milk, and mix well.
Gradually add the sifted flour while mixing until a soft, non-sticky dough forms. Let it rise.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each part.
Cut into triangles, place filling at the wide end, and roll them up.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until done.
