Ingredients
  • 320 ml lukewarm water
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp dried vegetables
  • 20 g fresh yeast
Preparation
  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Add all ingredients to the flour and knead the dough.
  3. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes (depending on room temperature).
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rise again.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (depending on the oven).
