250 g butter (at room temperature)

300 g sugar

350 g flour

80 g natural cocoa

1 packet bourbon vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder
check_circle
Powdered sugar mixed with a little flour for rolling.
Preparation
Beat the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla, mixing well.
Combine the flour with baking powder, salt, and cocoa, then add to the butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
Divide the very soft dough into 2-3 parts and refrigerate overnight or freeze for at least an hour.
Roll out one part of the dough on a surface dusted with powdered sugar and flour, and cut out star-shaped cookies.
Bake for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Do not overbake.
