Ingredients

500 g flour

200 g cheese

1 cube yeast
check_circle
1 tbsp sugar
check_circle
1 tbsp salt
check_circle
water
check_circle
oil
check_circle
1 yolk
Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Add salt and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms, then coat with oil and let rise for about 20 minutes.
Crumble the cheese.
Cut the dough into small balls and roll them out into circles, sprinkle with cheese, roll into a log, and then into snail shapes.
Place in a greased baking tray and brush with yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven until done.
