Ingredients
  • 200 g flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
Preparation
  1. It is customary to have bread on the Bulgarian table. Here is a gluten-free alternative.
  2. Grind the flaxseed into flour. Add the dry ingredients.
  3. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, warm water, and olive oil.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. The resulting mixture is relatively thin and not dough-like.
  6. Pour into a greased pan or onto parchment paper. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
