Ingredients
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 g liquid cream 30%
  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 1 liquid vanilla
  • white
  • dark
  • and milk chocolate for decoration
Preparation
  1. Whip the cream cheese, vanilla, and cream with a mixer.
  2. Gradually add the coconut flakes, stirring with a spoon until the mixture thickens.
  3. With wet hands, form balls and place them in the refrigerator to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in different chocolates.
  5. Return to the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then drizzle with different chocolates for contrast.
