Ingredients
  • 30 g egg yolk
  • 170 ml fresh milk
  • 35 g butter
  • 20 g oil
  • 115 g flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 8 g baking powder
  • vanilla
  • 45 g egg white
  • 30 g sugar
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, fresh milk, melted butter, and oil.
  2. Gradually add the sifted flour, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Let this mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chilled mixture.
  5. In the pan, you can fit 3 pancakes. Ensure the heat is set to medium.
  6. For extra flavor, add honey, powdered sugar, agave syrup, etc.
