Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, yogurt, ammonium bicarbonate, vanilla, and gradually the flour. Mix well.
Divide the mixture evenly into 3 bowls. In one bowl, add 3 tbsp. cocoa and mix well. Bake the layers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the syrup by boiling water, sugar, and vanilla until the volume of water is reduced by half.
Soak the layers with the cooled syrup.
For the cream, heat the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then set aside to cool. Beat the eggs, add honey, flour, and vanilla.
Add 1 cup of the cooled milk to the egg mixture, stir until smooth, then combine with the remaining milk and cook on low heat until the cream thickens. Finally, add the butter.
Soak the layers with cold syrup, then pour warm cream over them. Decorate as desired with nuts or your choice. It’s best to let it rest in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
